Dakota Fire Protection has been active in Design-Build projects in recent years in response to our customers needs for One Stop Shopping. We can provide complete mechanical construction services for plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire protection systems and controls; from project conceptualization, to engineering design, through the construction phase, as well as ongoing mechanical service for the life of the facility. Lunseth's Design-Build staff consists of six mechanical design engineers, two of whom are licensed Professional Engineers, with a combined 110 years experience in plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional and industrial plants. We have a complete computer aided, cost estimating and drafting department, using AutoCAD for preparing construction drawings. These computerized drawings are also used to facilitate material prefabbing for construction projects. With our experience and expertise with Plumbing, Industrial Piping, HVAC, Controls and Fire Protection Systems, Dakota Fire Protection will be able to design and install the mechanical and fire protection systems for any project that will save time and money.
